Our Alma Mater
Looked upon by noble mountains,
Crowned with crests of snow,
Stands our cherished Teton High School,
Beautiful to view.
Lift the Chorus speed it onward
Let our voices ring,
Hail to thee, our Alma Mater
We thy praises sing.
Far above us might Tetons,
Lift their lordly crowns.
Reared against the arch of heaven,
Look they proudly down.
Far removed from strife and turmoil
Peacefully she stands
We, her sons and daughters, love her,
Fairest in the land.

Our Mascot and School Colors
The official mascot of Teton High School is a Redskin.
Our colors are Maroon, Orange and White.
History of Our Mascot
The Redskin honors the former Native American tribes that once lived in Teton Valley. Before the French fur trappers and the rest of the white culture came to Teton Valley, the Indians inhabited the Valley. These tribes included Northern Paiute, Crow, Shoshonne-Bannock, Nez Perce, and the Flathead. All of these tribes had settled in Teton Valley over time. The Nez Perce and the Flathead tribes had been in The Battle of Pierre's Hole alongside the white fur traders. The battle was started by certain tribes that could not be determined by historians. Teton Valley's history has been rich with Native Americans, French fur traders, and early Mormon settlers.
